We accept VISA, Mastercard,
Money Orders and checks. Check orders will not ship until the check clears.
A non-refundable deposit
of 50% of the total balance (not including sales tax) is required before an
order will be given a production slot and a projected completion date.
Turnaround time is
generally 6-8 weeks after a production slot is assigned. This may vary based
on the size of the order and any requested custom changes including size,
design, or finish.
Custom orders will
automatically require a standard 15% up charge over the published retail
pricing at the time the order is placed.
All sales are final. If an
order is cancelled after a production slot is assigned, then the customer
deposit is forfeited. No credit will be allowed on future orders for that
deposit.
Some items can be shipped
within a week to 10 days, however, depending on production time some items
take 6-8 weeks.
