We wish to accommodate our
customers whenever possible when the delivery of our product is required or
requested. We will work on your behalf to get you the lowest
possible rate we can negotiate, in order to get our merchandise to you.
We will also assume that
your delivery address is either a home or a business that is delivery
friendly! If additional delivery services are required once the product
arrives at your destination, then that responsibility is yours, not ours, and
any additional charges are solely between you and the cartage agent.
Additionally, and this is
important so please note. Our products are put on the cartage agents vehicle
in perfect condition and it is the agents responsibility to insure its safety
and condition when it is delivered to its destination. If there is any damage,
great or small, we will assume no responsibility. That will be between the
cartage agent and you. We cannot be held responsible for damage or claims once
the merchandise leaves our warehouse. We cannot accept returned damaged
merchandise. The cartage agents we use have insurance or the ability to repair
damaged merchandise, but again that will be your responsibility.
We work hard to give you
the best prices we can and still maintain the very best quality products
possible. Remember, our products are made in Texas by Texans and we use no
imported products whatsoever. Every piece of merchandise is hand made.
